Common use of Statements to the Trustee Clause in Contracts

Statements to the Trustee. (a) The Servicer shall furnish to the Trustee an individual Mortgage Loan accounting report (a "Report"), as of the last Business Day of each month, in the Servicer's assigned loan number order to document Mortgage Loan payment activity on an individual Mortgage Loan basis. With respect to each month, such Report shall be received by the Trustee no later than the 10th calendar day of the month of the related Distribution Date (or July 10, 2007, in the case of the initial Report), and with respect to information as to Principal Prepayments in full and Prepayment Charges, no later than one (1) Business Day immediately following each Prepayment Period, a report in an Excel (or compatible) electronic format, in such format as may be mutually agreed upon by both the Trustee and the Servicer, and in hard copy, which Report shall contain the following:
