Payments to Owner Trustee. Any amounts paid to the Owner Trustee pursuant to this Article VIII shall be deemed not to be a part of the Owner Trust Estate immediately after such payment.

The Owner Trustee hereby notifies the Mortgagee that unless and until the Mortgagee receives notice to the contrary from the Owner Trustee, all amounts to be distributed to the Owner Trustee pursuant to clause "Second" of Section 3.01 or clause "Fourth" of Section 3.03 hereof shall be distributed by wire transfer of funds of the type received by the Mortgagee to the Owner Participant's account (within the time limits contemplated by Section 2.04(a)) specified in Schedule 1 to the Participation Agreement.

Any amounts distributed hereunder by the Indenture Trustee to the Owner Trustee shall be paid to the Owner Trustee by wire transfer of immediately available funds of the type received by the Indenture Trustee at such office and to such account or accounts of such entity or entities as shall be designated by notice from the Owner Trustee to the Indenture Trustee from time to time. The Owner Trustee hereby notifies the Indenture Trustee that unless and until the Indenture Trustee receives notice to the contrary from the Owner Trustee, all amounts to be distributed to the Owner Trustee hereunder for distribution in accordance with the Trust Agreement shall be distributed by wire transfer of immediately available funds of the type received by the Indenture Trustee to such account of the Owner Participant as may be specified pursuant to Section 2.06 of the Trust Agreement.
