Statements of Reserve Activity. The Concessioner shall submit annually, not later than one hundred twenty (120) days after the end of the Concessioner's accounting year, a statement reflecting total activity in the Component Renewal Reserve for the preceding accounting year. The statement must reflect monthly inflows and outflows on a project by project basis.
