State Patrol. 22 1) For State Patrol Troopers who are not normally scheduled Monday through Friday, and who 23 are to be off duty on any of the holidays, such Troopers shall be compensated in cash for a 24 normal day's pay at their regular straight time rate (holiday pay) for each of the foregoing 1 holidays, in addition to compensation for the hours actually worked during the week.
