STATE OBLIGATIONS. In consideration for the services performed under this Agreement, State agrees to reimburse Agency for Eligible Costs, including the Agency’s current officer hourly rates at the time the Services are performed, within 45 days of receipt and approval by State of monthly Project invoices, up to the maximum amount identified in Terms of Agreement Paragraph 2.
