Common use of State Laws Clause in Contracts

State Laws. The School shall comply with applicable state laws. Nothing in this Contract shall be deemed to apply any other state law to the School. Except as otherwise provided by the Charter School Act or this Contract, the School shall be exempt from all Minnesota Statutes and rules applicable to a school, school board, and school district unless the statute or rule is made specifically applicable to a charter school.
