State Laws. i. Subrecipient shall, unless exempted, ensure compliance with the requirements of Cal. Gov. Code §11135 et seq., and 2 CCR § 11140 et seq., which prohibit recipients of state financial assistance from discriminating against persons based on race, national origin, ethnic group identification, religion, age, sex, sexual orientation, color, or disability.
