State Guidelines. It is a recognized practice that the Board of Education will make every reasonable effort to comply with the recommended state guidelines relative to the operation of a state reimbursed program.
State Guidelines. The Board agrees to initially (through the fourth Wednesday of each semester) enroll students consistent with the State Department of Education guidelines for reimbursable vocational educational programs including the addition of aides for specific numbers of special education and/or special needs students. After the fourth Wednesday, the Board agrees not to exceed these guidelines by more than two (2) students per shift for any program manager and then only if the student: (a) is a transfer (spin-off) student from within the Xxxxxxx Area Career Center, or (b) is a student who transferred into a Xxxxxxx County School District from a District outside Xxxxxxx County and who was enrolled in a state approved vocational program in the District from which he/she came. Students participating in cooperative job placements are not counted in the calculations of a maximum size class.

The JAGGAER Applications are provided to Client for use only as expressly set forth in the Agreement, and Client will not use the JAGGAER Applications in whole or in part for any other use or purpose.
