  • State Aid 1. Any aid granted by a Contracting Party or through state resources in any form whatsoever which distorts or threatens to distort competition by favouring certain undertakings or the production of certain goods shall, insofar as it may affect trade between the Contracting Parties, be incompatible with the proper functioning of this Agreement.

  • STATE ACCEPTANCE All insurance providers are subject to Agency acceptance. If requested by Agency, Grantee shall provide complete copies of insurance policies, endorsements, self-insurance documents and related insurance documents to Agency’s representatives responsible for verification of the insurance coverages required under this Exhibit C.   • State Specific Contract Form Observe the state of the Seller on the Contract, if the Seller lists an address in Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Montana, Connecticut, Vermont, Louisiana or Mississippi, confirm the form number on the Contract is on the List of Approved Contract Forms, for the corresponding state.

  • AT&T-21STATE made an offer (the “Offer”) to all Telecommunications carriers to exchange Section 251(b)(5) Traffic, Non-toll VoIP-PSTN Traffic and ISP-Bound Traffic pursuant to the terms and conditions of the FCC’s interim ISP terminating compensation plan of the FCC’s Order on Remand and Report and Order, In the Matter of Implementation of the Local Competition Provisions in the Telecommunications Act of 1996, Intercarrier Compensation for ISP-Bound Traffic, FCC 01-131, CC Docket Nos. 96-98, 99-68 (rel. April 27, 2001)) (“FCC ISP Compensation Order”) which was remanded but not vacated in WorldCom, Inc. v. FCC, No. 01-1218 (D.C. Cir. 2002).

  • Non-State Agencies Participation in Centralized Contracts New York State political subdivisions and others authorized by New York State law may participate in Centralized Contracts.   • BUY AMERICA REQUIREMENT (Applies only to Federally Funded Highway and Transit Projects) With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded highway projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 23 U.S.C. Section 313, 23 C.F.R. Section 635.410, as amended, and the Steel and Iron Preference provisions of Texas Transportation Code Section 223.045, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. With respect to products purchased by Customer for use in federally funded transit projects, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such projects, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 49 U.S.C. Section 5323(j)(1), 49 C.F.R. Sections 661.6 or 661.12, to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs.

  • What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.

  • Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan The Hospital also agrees to make the Hospitals of Ontario Voluntary Life Insurance Plan (HOOVLIP) available to the nurses subject to the provisions of HOOVLIP at no cost to the Hospital.

  • Contract Use by State Agencies To the extent applicable, the Contract does not prohibit state agencies from using their delegated purchasing authority to procure similar goods and services from other sources.
