  • Employee Conduct 8.01 The Union agrees that it will uphold the rules and regulations of the Company in regard to punctual and steady attendance, proper and sufficient notification in the case of absence, conduct on the job and all other rules and regulations established by the Company.

  • Contractor Employee Conduct The Contractor’s employees shall adhere to the standards of conduct prescribed in the Customer’s personnel policy and procedure guidelines, particularly rules of conduct, security procedures, and any other applicable rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the Customer. The Contractor shall ensure that the Contractor’s employees wear attire suitable for the position, either a standard uniform or business casual dress.

  • Employee Handbook (A) If the Contractor has an employee handbook, the Contractor shall include the following information:

  • Business Conduct Merger Sub was incorporated on November 5, 2020.   • Contractor Staff Conduct 1. For reasons of safety and public policy, in any Contract resulting from this procurement, the use of illegal drugs and/or alcoholic beverages by the Contractor or its agents, employees, partners or Subcontractors shall not be permitted while performing any phase of the work herein specified.

  • Employee and Family Assistance Program (a) A province-wide Employee and Family Assistance Program for employees and members of their immediate family, with whom the employee normally resides, shall be provided.
