If the parties cannot reach agreement, the Alternative Dispute Resolution Process identified in Section 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of this Agreement shall apply. 30.10.3 Each Network Element provided by BellSouth to AT&T shall be at least equal in the quality of design, performance, features, functions and other characteristics, including but not limited to levels and types of redundant equipment and facilities for power, diversity and security, that BellSouth provides in the BellSouth network to itself, BellSouth's own Customers, to a BellSouth affiliate or to any other entity for the same Network Element.
