STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period comply with the Standards and where applicable shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Standards' authorisation body. To the extent that the standard to which the Goods and/or Services must be provided has not been specified in this Call Off Contract, the Supplier shall agree the relevant standard for the provision of the Goods and/or Services with the Customer prior to the commencement of the supply of the Goods and/or Services and, in any event, the Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Call Off Contract in accordance with the Law and Good Industry Practice. The Supplier shall ensure that the Staff shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period: faithfully and diligently perform those duties and exercise such powers as necessary in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services; obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Customer and provide the Goods and/or Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer; and apply all due skill, care, diligence and are appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall ensure at all times during the Call Off Contract Period that it: supplies the Goods and/or Services in conformity with the specification(s) in Framework Schedule 1 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators), the Order Form, the Purchase Order and in accordance with all applicable Laws including but not limited to, as applicable, any obligation under sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (in respect of any Goods) and section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (in respect of any Goods and/or Services) which are implied into this Call Off Contract; supplies the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the Tender or, where the Customer has entered into this Call Off Contract following a Further Competition Procedure, in accordance with the Supplier Call Off Solution.

STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period comply with the Standards and maintain, where applicable shall maintain applicable, accreditation with the relevant Standards' authorisation body. To If so required by the extent that Customer in the standard to which the Goods and/or Services must be provided has not been specified Order Form or elsewhere in this Call Off Contract, the Supplier shall agree the relevant standard for the provision develop, within [insert period in words] ([insert period in numbers]) Working Days of the Goods and/or Call Off Commencement Date, quality plans that ensure that all aspects of the Services are the subject of quality management systems and are consistent with BS EN ISO 9001 or any equivalent standard which is generally recognised as having replaced it (Quality Plans). The Supplier shall seek Approval (the decision of the Customer prior to Approve or not shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed) of the Quality Plans before implementing them. The Supplier acknowledges and accepts that Approval shall not act as an endorsement of the Quality Plans and shall not relieve the Supplier of its responsibility for ensuring that the Services are provided to the commencement standard required by this Call Off Contract. Following the approval by the Customer of the supply of the Goods and/or Services and, in any event, Quality Plans: the Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Call Off Contract implement all Deliverables in accordance with the Law Quality Plans; and Good Industry Practiceany Variation to the Quality Plans shall be agreed in accordance with the Variation Procedure. The Supplier shall ensure that the Staff Supplier Personnel shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period: be appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract; apply all due skill, care, diligence in faithfully and diligently perform performing those duties and exercise exercising such powers as necessary in connection with the provision of the Goods and/or Services; and obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions of the Customer (including, if so required by the Customer, the ICT Policy) and provide the Goods and/or Services to the reasonable satisfaction of the Customer; and apply all due skill, care, diligence and are appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall ensure at all times during the Call Off Contract Period that it: supplies the Goods and/or Services in conformity with the specification(s) in Framework Schedule 1 (Goods and/or Services and Key Performance Indicators), the Order Form, the Purchase Order and in accordance with all applicable Laws including but not limited to, as applicable, any obligation under sections 12, 13 and 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (in respect of any Goods) and section 2 of the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982 (in respect of any Goods and/or Services) which are implied into this Call Off Contract; supplies the Goods and/or Services in accordance with the Tender or, where the Customer has entered into this Call Off Contract following a Further Competition Procedure, in accordance with the Supplier Call Off Solution.

STANDARDS AND QUALITY. The Supplier agrees that the Customer relies on the skill and judgment of the Supplier in the supply of the Generators and/or Services and the performance of its obligations under the Rental Agreement. The Supplier shall ensure that: all Generators and Services are supplied in accordance and conform in all respects with their technical specification, description and the requirements (if any) provided for in the DPS Agreement and the DPS Proposal (and to the extent that the DPS Proposal conflicts with any other provision of the Rental Agreement, then the other provision of the Rental Agreement shall prevail (unless otherwise agreed between the Parties); all Generators are free from defects in design and workmanship and are fit for the purpose that such Generators are ordinarily used for and for any particular purpose made known to the Supplier by the Customer and shall be fit for such purpose immediately after Delivery; and all Generators and Services and its obligations under the Rental Agreement at all times during the Call Off Contract Period comply conform and are performed in all respects with the all applicable Laws, Quality Standards and where in accordance with Good Industry Practice. Where applicable the Supplier shall maintain accreditation with the relevant Quality Standards' authorisation body. To the extent that the standard to which the Goods and/or Generators and Services must be provided has not been specified in this Call Off Contractthe Rental Agreement, the Supplier shall agree the relevant standard for the provision of the Goods and/or Generators and Services with the Customer prior to the commencement of the supply of the Goods and/or Generators and Services and, in any event, the Supplier shall perform commencing; and it performs its obligations under this Call Off Contract the Rental Agreement in accordance with the Law Security Requirements and the Security Policy( if any). The Supplier shall: ensure that any training provided by the Supplier to the Customer is comprehensive, accurate and prepared in accordance with Good Industry Practice. The Supplier shall ensure that ; and provide training to the Staff shall at all times during the Call Off Contract Period: faithfully and diligently perform those duties and exercise such powers as necessary Customer's personnel in connection accordance with the provision paragraph 10.13 of the Goods and/or Services; obey all lawful instructions and reasonable directions Contract Order Form (Rental) (if any) in respect of the Customer use and provide maintenance of the Goods and/or Services to Generators and, unless otherwise indicated in the reasonable satisfaction Contract Order Form (Rental), the Rental Payment shall include all costs of training including the cost of instruction of the Customer; ’s personnel in the use and apply all due skill, care, diligence and are appropriately experienced, qualified and trained to supply the Goods and/or Services in accordance with this Call Off Contract.
