Standards and Procedures for GDOT Acceptance. 21.2.1 Where GDOT’s prior acceptance is required for a proposed sale, assignment, conveyance, transfer, pledge, mortgage, encumbrance, sublease or grant of other special occupancy or use, or for any proposed Change of Control, GDOT may withhold or condition its acceptance in its sole discretion. Any such decision of GDOT to withhold consent shall be final, binding and not subject to GDOT Standard Specification 105.13 “Claims for Adjustments and Disputes.”
