Standards of Work. The Union agrees for its members who are covered by this Agreement that they will individually and collectively perform safe, efficient, and diligent service, and that they will use their influence and best efforts to protect the property of the Employer.

Standards of Work. The Contractor shall furnish the highest skill and judgment and cooperate with UNIDO and the Project Counterpart and all UNIDO's consultants and agents in best furthering the interests of UNIDO and the Project Counterpart. The Contractor shall furnish efficient business administration and superintendence, and he shall perform the Work in the best way and in the most expeditious and economical manner consistent with the interests of UNIDO and the Project Counterpart.
Standards of Work. The Service Provider shall perform Title III B, C-1, C-2, and/or III E services as appropriate and described in the awarded proposal, in accordance with applicable federal regulations, State laws and county requirements as specified in this Agreement. The ultimate goal is to meet the requirements under OAA Section 301(a)(1)(A), to secure and maintain maximum independence and dignity in a home environment for the eligible service population, capable of self-care, with appropriate supportive and nutrition services.
