STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. Ortronics termination hardware is preferred for workstation voice/data outlets and patch panels. If a different brand is used this shall be noted in the quote. The Contractor shall agree to follow the Information Transport System Infrastructure Standard and perform work consistent with all other applicable industry standards as they may be updated throughout the contract period. Contractor shall be certified by the manufacturer for any installation involving hardware that requires specific certification.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. Products previously designed, manufactured, sold and leased by Seller met and had received at the time of their design, manufacture and sale, and products currently designed, manufactured, sold and leased by Seller meet and have received, all standards established by relevant standard-setting organizations and all certifications from all relevant safety and standards testing and certifying organizations, if any, as were or are, as the case may be, necessary for such products to comply with all applicable fire, safety and similar codes and regulations.

STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. To the extent that Company is certified to the following standards and controls, Company shall adhere to and maintain, or in the case of utilizing subcontractors Company will ensure such subcontractors are certified by a third-party quality assessor and will adhere to and maintain, the following:
(i) Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements (SSAE) No. 16 Type 2 report for all storage locations within the U.S.A., and International Standard for Assurance Engagements (ISAE) No. 3402 for all storage locations outside the U.S.A.; and
(ii) International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 27001:2013 (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) controls. Where Company is certified to the above-referenced standards and controls, it shall maintain its third-party certifications and conduct annual audits in accordance with those standards throughout the term of the Agreement.

THE FOLLOWING SUBSECTION IS ADDED: Provide a NTCIP compliant portable variable message sign as described under 1001.02 with the exceptions noted below and each equipped with broadband cellular modem. Ensure that the sign panel is capable of displaying 3 lines of text with variable size characters. Ensure 9 characters are displayed per line for posting travel times. Ensure that the panel is also capable of displaying 8 characters per line with a minimum character height of 18 inches. Ensure that the PVMSRC can be integrated with the Department’s central DMS control software for remote operation.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. Data storage solutions and/or locations have at least SOC 1 (SSAE 16) or SOC 2 reports – equivalent or similar certifications or security levels will be examined on a case by case basis.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. Vendor shall include in its Information Security Safeguards all necessary methods and safeguards to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity, and availability of The Hartford Data. Vendor shall adhere to information security best practices as identified by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO/IEC 27001:2013) and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) “Framework for Improving Critical Infrastructure Cybersecurity.” Upon The Hartford’s request, Vendor shall submit to The Hartford: (a) a Service Organization of Controls Report (SOC 2), or (b) if a SOC 2 report is not available, Vendor shall submit a Service Organization of Controls Report (SOC 1) or Statement on Standards for Attestation Engagements No. 16 results (SSAE-16); or (c) if neither (a) or (b) are available, documentation from an independent source that certifies Vendor’s compliance with industry standards.
STANDARDS AND CERTIFICATIONS. Vendor acknowledges and agrees that compliance with this subsection in its entirety for the term of the contract and any renewals is a material requirement and condition of this contract. By executing this contract Vendor certifies compliance with this subsection in its entirety, and is under a continuing obligation to remain in compliance and report any non-compliance. This subsection, in its entirety, applies to subcontractors used on this contract. Vendor shall include these Standard Certifications in any subcontract used in the performance of the contract using the Standard Certification form provided by the State. If this contract extends over multiple fiscal years, including the initial term and all renewals, Vendor and its subcontractors shall confirm compliance with this section in the manner and format determined by the State by the date specified by the State and in no event later than July 1 of each year that this contract remains in effect. If the Parties determine that any certification in this section is not applicable to this contract it may be stricken without affecting the remaining subsections.
