Common use of Standard Workweek Clause in Contracts

Standard Workweek. A standard workweek shall be forty (40) hours for full-time Registered Nurses, or 36 hours for full-time Registered Nurses regularly scheduled to work a 12-hour schedule, Sunday through Saturday inclusive. The Medical Center and nurses may agree to schedules providing for other than standard workweeks and standard workdays, consistent with the remaining provisions of this Agreement.
