Common use of Standard Workweek Clause in Contracts

Standard Workweek. The standard workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours of work on five (5) days, which days shall be consecutive. Employer’s standard workweek for overtime pay computation purposes shall be one hundred and sixty-eight (168) consecutive hours beginning at 12:01 A.M. through 12:00 midnight. The Employer agrees to notify the Union of any change in the standard workweek.
