Common use of Standard Software Clause in Contracts

Standard Software. PROGNOST warrants that the software sold to Purchaser will be free from clerical errors and will perform the functions defined in the applicable specifications. PROGNOST agrees to correct any such error or failure to perform which affects the functional performance of the system in which the program is used, provided written notice is given to PROGNOST within fifteen (15) months from the date of shipment of the system.
