STAND DOWNS. 26.1 A Stand-down may be requested for Breakdowns, Public Holidays and Inclement Weather. A Stand-down will not be approved for fixed rate hire, hired-in equipment or apply to mobile plant or any rent to own arrangement. A Stand-down number must be obtained at the time of request. Unless a Stand-down number can be quoted, a Stand-down cannot be given.
