STAND DOWN. 23.1. 27.1 The employer may stand down the employee where inclement weather, a break down of machinery, postponement and/or termination of head contract, or any unforeseeable event occurs, which the company cannot reasonably be held accountable for.
27.2 Where the employee’s workstation may be affected by inclement weather the employee must contact his / her supervisor to be directed to either stand down or come to work. The employee shall not be entitled to any entitlements or penalties for inclement weather.
