Staffing Structure Sample Clauses

The Staffing Structure clause defines how personnel will be organized and assigned to a project or service. It typically outlines the roles, responsibilities, and reporting lines of team members, and may specify requirements for key personnel or minimum staffing levels. By clearly establishing who is responsible for what, this clause ensures that both parties understand the human resources dedicated to the work, reducing confusion and helping to maintain accountability throughout the engagement.
