Staffing Qualifications. 35:01 Should job qualifications be changed by the Society, bargaining unit members will be deemed qualified for their current positions, and those qualifications for which an employee has been deemed qualified will be transferable to any other position within the bargaining unit which requires those qualifications. (a) Should job qualifications be changed as a result of legislation or government directives, the Society shall work with MCYS and the union to develop a plan to mitigate any negative impact for staff.
