Response to Inmate Medical Grievances Sample Clauses

Response to Inmate Medical Grievances. Inmate grievances regarding healthcare shall be answered by CCS staff within seventy-two (72) hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of receipt or the Inmate shall be advised of a delay in order to fully investigate the complaint. All grievances and responses shall become part of the Inmate’s medical record.
