Staffing Plans. 16 20.1 The Hospital shall be responsible for developing and implementing a written 18 collaboratively by the Hospital Nurse Staffing Committee (HNSC) that includes 19 staff nurses selected by the bargaining unit. The staffing plan shall include the 20 number, qualifications and categories of nursing staff needed for all units. The 21 HNSC shall evaluate and monitor the written plan for nursing services for 22 effectiveness and revise the plan as needed as part of the Hospital’s quality 23 assurance process. Written documentation of these quality assurance activities 24 shall be maintained consistent with applicable laws and regulations, as well as 25 standards setas required by the implementing regulations under the Oregon 26 Nurse Staffing Law (formerly known as HB 2800).
