Common use of Staff Selection Clause in Contracts

Staff Selection. The opportunity to be engaged on such work is to be extended equally to all employees engaged in the immediate locality (eg. Brisbane City Region), on a rostered cycle, and who indicate a willingness to make themselves readily available for work outside normal hours. Employees undergoing Rehabilitation Work or who have a current record of poor performance and/or attendance may not be considered for such work.
