Staff Development Opportunities. The Employer has a responsibility to provide information about developmental opportunities to staff. Such opportunities may include, but are not limited to, temporary positions, [Unit Based Nursing Practice Committee membership,] special assignments, in-unit educational opportunities and charge nurse opportunities.
Staff Development Opportunities. The Employer has a responsibility to provide information about developmental opportunities to staff. Staff development opportunities must be posted on the unit for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days and will be distributed to all nurses on the unit in a clearly labeled electronic message.

Staff Development Opportunities. The administration encourages in­service education, professional development, visitations and attendance at workshops that improve on­the­job skills. Reasonable and approved expenses related to such in­service will be paid by the BOCES. An appropriate request form must be completed prior to participation by the employee, and submitted for approval to the immediate supervisor and the District Superintendent or designee.
Staff Development Opportunities. From time to time Supervisors of Instruction may choose to participate in professional opportunities that will help Supervisors of Instruction to remain up-to-date with current educational trends and practices. These opportunities include, but are not limited to, membership in professional organizations, workshops, seminars, conferences, training sessions, and the costs related to attendance at a major regional, national and international conferences and workshops. Effective for the term of this Agreement, and with the approval of the Superintendent of Schools, Supervisors of Instruction shall be reimbursed up to $2,750.00 each for such activities.
