The Staff Coverage clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the provision of adequate personnel to fulfill contractual obligations. Staff Coverage. If the number of eligible employees requesting to Telework on a given workday exceeds the coverage requirements, approval will be made based on employee time in the hearing office. If coverage problems necessitate suspending scheduled telework agreements, it will be accomplished in inverse seniority order according to employee time in the hearing office.
