The Staff Coverage clause defines the requirements and expectations regarding the provision of adequate personnel to fulfill contractual obligations. Staff Coverage. If the number of eligible employees requesting to Telework on a given workday exceeds the coverage requirements, approval will be made based on employee time in the hearing office. If coverage problems necessitate suspending scheduled telework agreements, it will be accomplished in inverse seniority order according to employee time in the hearing office.   • Scope of Coverage 1. This Section shall apply to an investment dispute between a Member State and an investor of another Member State that has incurred loss or damage by reason of an alleged breach of any rights conferred by this Agreement with respect to the investment of that investor. 2.   • Terms of Coverage The plan takes effect upon check-in on the booked arrival date to an iTrip unit. All coverage shall terminate upon normal check-out time of the iTrip unit or the departure of the Covered Guest, whichever occurs first.
