The Board and the Association recognize that the professional staffing structure of the District must be analyzed and reviewed periodically to ensure that the goals and vision of the District can be met through its programs. In this process, it may become appropriate to reduce or adjust one (1) or more programs, which may result in reduction of professional staff during, as well as at the end of the school year.
