Spouses Employed by the County. If your spouse also works for the County and you both become eligible for a leave under paragraphs la. or lb. above, or for the care of a sick parent under paragraph lc. above, the two of you together will be limited to a combined total of twelve (12) workweeks of leave in any rolling 12-month period. In addition, if you and your spouse both become eligible for a leave under the Servicemember Family Leave provision above or under a combination of the Servicemember Family Leave provision and paragraphs la. through le. above, the two of you together will be limited to a combined total of twenty-six (26) workweeks of leave in any rolling 12-month period, but if the leave taken by you and your spouse includes leave described in paragraphs la. through le. above, that leave shall be limited to a combined total of twelve (12) workweeks of leave in any rolling 12-month period.

  • Termination by the City 96.1. In addition to termination pursuant to any other article of this Contract, the Commissioner may, at any time, terminate this Contract by written notice to the Contractor.   • Termination by the Commission The Commission may decide to terminate the agreement, without any indemnity on its part, in the following circumstances:
