Sporadic Testing Sample Clauses

Sporadic Testing. A reinstated Employee, who has previously tested positive three (3) or more times, is subject to unscheduled sporadic testing for two (2) years from the date of reinstatement. Cost of such testing will be paid for by the ICI SAT Program.
