Split Shift Differential - Compensation. Employees in the bargaining unit whose assigned shift contains one or more periods of unpaid time, whose total exceeds 18 three (3) hours, shall be paid a shift differential of fifty cents (.50¢) per hour above the regular rate of pay for all hours worked.
