Common use of Split Classifications Clause in Contracts

Split Classifications. Bargaining unit employees who are budgeted to work in more than one classification covered by the collective bargaining agreement shall be paid at the applicable rate for the number of hours worked in each classification. Employees will be compensated for accrual usage and cashout based on their FTE assignment in each classification.
