Split Building/District Professional Development Days Sample Clauses

The Split Building/District Professional Development Days clause defines how professional development days are allocated between individual school buildings and the broader school district. Typically, this clause specifies that a certain number of professional development days are designated for activities planned at the building level, such as training tailored to the specific needs of a school, while the remaining days are reserved for district-wide initiatives, like standardized training or policy updates. By clearly dividing these days, the clause ensures that both local and district priorities are addressed, promoting balanced professional growth and reducing scheduling conflicts.
