Common use of Specified Period Clause in Contracts

Specified Period. Employer hereby employs Employee, and Employee hereby accepts employment with Employer for the term of one (1) year, with the period beginning on October 1, 2013 (the "Commencement Date"), and terminating on September 30, 2014 ("Initial Term").
