Fiscal Year Funding Appropriation. Unless otherwise provided by law, a contract for supplies or services may be entered into for any period of time deemed to be in the best interest of the City. Payment and performance obligations for succeeding fiscal periods shall be subject to appropriation by Police & Community Trust Initiative Project N21-0013 City Council of funds therefor. If funds are not appropriated for a future fiscal period, Contractor shall be entitled to payment for all Work properly performed as of the date of termination of the Contract by the City.

  • Annual Appropriation Pursuant to section 287.0582, F.S., if the Contract binds the State of Florida or an agency for the purchase of services or tangible personal property for a period in excess of one fiscal year, the State of Florida’s performance and obligation to pay under the Contract is contingent upon an annual appropriation by the Legislature.
