Specifications and samples. 4.1. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ is entitled to make changes to the Specifications which are required to conform to any applicable statutory requirements or which do not materially affect the quality of the Products. 4.2. If any Products are made or altered by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ in accordance with a specification of the Customer, the latter shall indemnify ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ against all costs, claims, damages and expenses arising from or in connection with such specification including the infringement of any intellectual property rights therein. 4.3. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any samples supplied to the Customer are for information purposes only and do not imply any express or implied representation or warranty.
