SPECIFIC LPHA COLLABORATION PROJECTS. 10.2.1. The Contractor may enter into a collaboration with an LPHA that is funded through joint state and federal Medicaid funds contracted from CDPHE to the LPHA. The Contactor shall receive prior approval from the Department to pursue this specific collaboration. The Contractor shall submit a separate approval for each LPHA with whom it is pursuing a specific collaboration activity.
