Specific Development Obligations. In addition to the conditions of approval contained in the Project Approvals, the Developer and the City have agreed that the development of the Property by the Developer is subject to certain specific development obligations, described herein and/or described and attached hereto as Exhibits E through I and incorporated herein by reference. These specific development obligations, together with the other terms and conditions of this Agreement, provide the incentive and consideration for the City entering into this Agreement.
