Specific Agreements. 1. All signatories recognize that land use decision making remains the responsibility of land use agencies and neither the Water Forum nor the Water Forum Successor Effort has any authority to make land use decisions. 2. Signatories agree to use Chapter 881 of the Statutes of 1995 (SB 901) to coordinate land and water use decision-making. If that law is substantially amended, the Water Forum Successor will revisit this issue.
