Specially Serviced Mortgage Loans. (a) The Master Servicer shall send a written notice to the Special Servicer, the Rating Agencies and the Trustee within two Business Days after becoming aware of a Servicing Transfer Event with respect to a Mortgage Loan, which notice shall identify the related Mortgage Loan and set forth in reasonable detail the nature and relevant facts of such Servicing Transfer Event and, except for the Rating Agencies and the Trustee, shall be accompanied by a copy of the Servicer Mortgage File.
