Specially Funded Programs. Where it is necessary to terminate or decrease specially funded programs, the Employer will meet with the Nurses involved and the Association to review the reasons for the change, the implementation of the change and the effect on the Nurses involved. These Nurses shall have the right to another position such that any reduction of the nursing force shall be in accordance with Article 8.10.
