Special Waste Materials. Contractor shall dispose of inert materials, including, but not limited to, concrete, asphalt and rubber, at Oakley Disposal Service, Inc. designated locations. Shingles and wood waste shall be diverted to the Recycling Center and Transfer Station (RCTS) located at 0000 Xxxxxxxxx Xxxx, Pittsburg, CA 94565. Scrap metal shall be dropped off at a large-scale scrap metal recycle facility operating within Contra Costa County which may be found at xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
