Special Tools. Egenera represents that it shall provide Unisys with any special tools or test equipment required to perform the Services under this Agreement. Unisys Service engineers will be able to perform the Services herein using standard tools. Unisys shall have no obligation to perform the Services at a location if the parties agree that special tools are required and such special tools are not provided by Egenera promptly in advance of the Service.
