The 'Operation mode' clause defines the specific manner or settings in which a system, device, or process is intended to function under the agreement. It typically outlines parameters such as manual or automatic operation, performance thresholds, or user access levels, depending on the context. By clearly specifying how the subject of the contract should operate, this clause helps ensure consistent performance and reduces the risk of misunderstandings or disputes regarding operational expectations.
Operation mode. All the tests are conducted at a temperature of between 20 °C and 30 °C. The test method includes the four following steps:
(a) Initial charge of the battery;
(b) Application twice of the cycle made of four elementary urban cycles and an extra-urban cycle;
(c) Charging the battery;
