Common use of Special/temporary right of way Clause in Contracts

Special/temporary right of way. The Concessionaire shall bear all costs and charges for any special or temporary right of way required by it in connection with access to the Site. The Concessionaire shall obtain at its cost such facilities on or outside the Site as may be required by it for the purposes of the Port and the performance of its obligations under this Agreement. The Authority agrees that it shall endeavour to provide such temporary facilities to the Concessionaire on best effort basis and subject to payment of such charges as it may reasonably specify.
