Common use of SPECIAL SUPPORT SERVICES Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL SUPPORT SERVICES. In addition to other services to be made available to or provided to Contractor pursuant to this Agreement, and as summarized in and in accordance with Appendix C (Ground Handling) and Appendix D (Contractor Support Services), United agrees that it or its designees will provide and Contractor agrees to use the following services and facilities for Contractor’s United Express Services, be they provided by United or its designee:
