If Licensee implements an Authentication Credential that enables a Licensee system or Third‐Party Application to act as an Authorized User (an “Authorized System”), Licensee must implement the Authorized System such that the identity, date, time and nature of any individual’s access to the Licensed Application through the Authorized System can be accurately identified to Xxxxxx Mae.
