Common use of Special Qualifications Clause in Contracts

Special Qualifications. Under special circumstances a member may request that his or her placement in a particular Category be reviewed. The request shall be submitted in writing to the member's ▇▇▇▇ or Director. Within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt of the request, the ▇▇▇▇ or Director shall forward it, along with their recommendation, to the Executive Officer for consideration.
