Special Procedure. 1. In the event a grievance arises at the end of the school year, the time limits set forth herein will be reduced wherever possible so that the grievance procedure may be exhausted prior to the end of the school term or as soon thereafter as may be practicable. 2. Grievances arising from the action of officials other than the immediate supervisor may be initiated and processed with such official initially. Where appropriate, such grievances may be initiated at Step II.
