Common use of Special precautions Clause in Contracts

Special precautions. We need to be aware of any matters that are relevant to your child’s safety and security. We must therefore be notified in writing immediately of any court orders or situations of risk in relation to the child for whom any special safety precautions may be needed. The parents may be excluded from nursery premises if we, acting in a proper manner, consider such exclusion to be in the best interests of the child or any other child or staff member.
